We can use the time of Aries to clean the house, open the windows, banish negativity and let in the light of the sun: the light of hope. Aries rules the head. It’s color is red like the planet Mars. Herbs for Aries: Capsicum (cayenne). This herb is HOT and warms the body. If you put a little capsicum in your shoes it will be absorbed through the soles of your feet and will keep them warm.
