Imbolc/The Tower

               Divinatory Keywords:
Phallic energy, release from the darkness, sudden emergence, revelation

Each meditation at The Altar is intended to awaken a message from within.
The voice of each card speaks to you stimulating inner dialogue.
Here at the Altar of Imbolc/The Tower
you are taken on a journey to discover your potential truth or light.
These meditations are only a single layer into your questioning,
perhaps providing a key to a doorway of insight.
From here you can move into other realms of The Witches Altar
yet to be revealed!
But for now let's sit and listen to the oracle of Imbolc/The Tower.

I am imploding. ….a dark seed hidden from the sun, erupting like hot magma.
My head rushes like brushfire sweeping scarlet over the valley,
taking everything down in its fury.
Fire from heaven! Run with me as fast as you can!

*Pause*

My breath is so heavy. The heat….. unbearable.
A sudden flash and then absence of light…flickering flame, thunder clash!
You can see nothing!
A quickening....
fleeting, sporadic images….of light and promise.
A glimpse of the truth?

I am lost.  I can’t see the sky. Can you?

*Short pause*

Free falling.......
Ascending now, let your mind release.
I hear a hammer pounding…..
or is that my heart found?
What are you attached to that you won’t let go of?
You’re not making any sense! I don’t want to argue with you.
I am just asking.

*Short Pause*

In the darkness we can look within. In the darkness we perceive light.
Reach deep until you find the source….lost and found….barely visible…
but you can see it can’t you?
Hold on…..here we go!

*Pause*

I am the foundation of light! Now build your golden temple under the eye of the God!
